2025 Veterans Day Deals & Discounts
Veterans Day on Nov. 11 is a meaningful occasion to honor the individuals who have selflessly served our country.
Many local and nationwide businesses express their gratitude by offering special discounts, promotions and exclusive deals to veterans and active-duty military personnel as a thank-you for their service.
To help veterans make the most of these opportunities, The Kokomo Post has compiled a comprehensive list of businesses providing Veterans Day deals. This guide includes a variety of restaurants, retailers, and other establishments offering discounts and unique promotions not only on Veterans Day but throughout the year.
This list is made possible with help from The Military Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Their mission is to recognize and support all military personnel, veterans, their families and military organizations in Cass, Howard, Miami, and Tipton counties.
One-Day Only: Veterans Day Specials (Tuesday, November 11, 2025)
National Deals
Applebee’s – Free entrée from a special Veterans Day menu for dine-in veterans and active-duty service members. Guests also receive a $5 bounce-back card for a future visit.
Texas Roadhouse – Veterans can pick up meal vouchers from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Veterans Day, redeemable through May 2026 for select entrées, sides, and a drink.
Buffalo Wild Wings – Free order of 10 boneless wings and fries for veterans and active-duty service members (dine-in or BWW GO counter).
Olive Garden – Free entrée from the Veterans Day menu for dine-in veterans and active-duty military.
IHOP – Free Red, White & Blueberry Pancakes for veterans and active-duty members. Dine-in only.
Little Caesars – Free HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo (11 a.m.–2 p.m.) for veterans and active-duty military with proof of service.
Red Lobster – Free Shrimp & Chips entrée voucher from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Veterans Day.
Sport Clips – Free haircuts for veterans and active duty, plus donations to the Help A Hero Scholarship Fund.
Great Clips – Free haircut or a free haircut card to redeem later. Non-military guests can also pick up a card to give to a veteran.
Starbucks – Free tall hot or iced brewed coffee for veterans, service members, and military spouses.
Wendy’s – Free breakfast combo at participating locations (6:30–10:30 a.m.).
White Castle – Free combo or breakfast combo meal for veterans and active-duty service members.
QDOBA – 2025 details are pending, but typically offers 50% off a full-size entrée for veterans and active duty.
Chili’s – Free meal from a select Veterans Day menu for veterans and active-duty personnel.
Bob Evans – Free meal from their menu of seven homestyle favorites for veterans and active duty military.
Outback Steakhouse – Free Bloomin’ Onion and beverage with the purchase of an adult entrée when you dine in. The restaurant also offers a year-round 10% Heroes Discount to service members, police officers, firefighters, and first responders.
Kokomo & Indiana Local Deals
Community First Bank – Free meal for veterans from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 11 at 1308 E. Hoffer St., Kokomo.
Hacienda Mexican Restaurant – Free Large Wet Burrito for veterans on Nov. 11; also offers 10% military discount year-round at the Kokomo location (2006 S. Plate St.).
Half Moon Restaurant & Brewery – 20% off with military ID year-round; check for possible one-day Veterans Day specials.
Green Acres Golf Course – Play 18 holes for $18 on Mondays and Tuesdays with a military ID (cart included).
Fazoli’s – Free spaghetti with meat or marinara sauce for veterans with a valid military ID.
Fenty Fades – Half-off haircuts for veterans on Veterans Day; $3 off for inactive and $5 off for active-duty military all year.
Indiana DNR – Free admission on Veterans Day for veterans and active-duty military (and everyone in their vehicle) at all Indiana state parks and recreation areas.
