Bree Bragg

Bree, a proud native of Kokomo, has always been fueled by a deep love for entertainment, particularly music. Her journey in entertainment began at a young age, dedicating more than a decade to competing, auditioning and performing, both locally as well as for popular television shows.

In pursuit of her passion, Bree transitioned into the world of media, initially starting her career as a radio personality. Her energy and engaging presence caught the attention of The Kokomo Post, where she became its first employee in 2020. She now crafts blogs, videos and other content, and is a mainstay personality in various Kokomo Post shows. A highlight of Bree's week is undoubtedly the live broadcast of the Local Buzz, where she breaks down the top five events in and around Kokomo. 

Above all, Bree is a passionate advocate for her hometown and takes pride in showcasing the vibrant culture and happenings of Kokomo. Through her work, Bree not only connects with her audience but also fosters a sense of unity and pride in the community.


Erin Larison

Erin moved from upstate New York to Kokomo straight out of college to pursue a career in journalism, but she fell hard for the Kokomo community and stayed far longer than she expected.

After careers in both newspaper and nonprofit, the lure of entertainment brought her full-time to The Kokomo Post, where she now helps manage, schedule, create and deliver the freshest content on all of the Post’s channels. You can catch her producing the Mayor Tyler Moore show or hosting Mini Tries each week with Bree. 

Erin is a foodie who loves great books, charcuterie boards and garbage TV.  She lives to travel and explore with her husband and two kids. She buys weird shirts for her dog whenever she goes anywhere, and she has an unhealthy obsession with houseplants. She wants to experience all that life has to offer and deeply believes in creating the kind of world you want to live in. She tries to live out the Post’s mission to uplift and inform Kokomo so that people can more deeply experience this amazing community.


Drew Larison

Drew Larison is a Kokomo native and the Founder of The Kokomo Post. Drew founded The Larison Company in 2015 and merged the company into Larison Media in early 2017. In 2018, The Kokomo Post was born. In 2020, The Kokomo Post expanded to be a go-to source for local ‘infotainment.’ Drew’s vision is to bring a positive online media presence that is for the people of Kokomo, by the people of Kokomo. Drew is a husband, a father, and a true believer that hard work and kindness is the true key to success.


Heidi Pruitt

Dedicated to unveiling the heart and soul of Kokomo, Heidi has a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for what's new in our city. With a background in communications, Heidi's commitment to uplifting and informing the Kokomo community is reflected in every piece of content she crafts.

Whether it's capturing the vibrancy of local events, spotlighting unsung heroes in local nonprofit organizations or her weekly show 'Heidi's Hidden Gems' where she puts a spotlight on businesses you may not know about, Heidi puts her all into helping you experience Kokomo in a deeper way.


Jay Stephens

Jay is a seasoned sports enthusiast and content creator, proudly serving as the Sports Content Specialist at The Kokomo Post. With an unwavering passion for sports journalism, Jay has spent five years honing his skills in the dynamic field of sports media.

As the host of The Cougar Cast, Jay brings his unique flair and insightful commentary to highlight the talented athletes at IU Kokomo. You can also find Jay on the sidelines  of high school, college, and professional games striving to shine a light on the vibrant sports scene in Kokomo.

With a commitment to excellence and a genuine love for his community, Jay continues to make a lasting impact in the realm of sports media, inspiring audiences with his passion, expertise, and infectious enthusiasm.


Alli Lee

Alli is a native of Huntington, Indiana. While she may be a Hoosier by birth, she is a Boilermaker at heart as an alumni of Purdue University where she received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Education. Alli has a passion for volunteering, education, and sharing positivity wherever she goes. She joined The Kokomo Post team as a content producer specifically growing content for our audiences with kids in 2021. You might find her out running, volunteering, and exploring all of fun things to do in Kokomo with her two boys!


Joe Andrews

From New York to Kokomo, Joe is a true adventurer at heart. With his trusty camera by his side, Joe creates captivating images and videos that bring stories to life. When he's not busy capturing moments, you'll find him savoring slices of the finest pizza and radiating positivity wherever he goes. At The Post, Joe's on a mission to uplift local businesses and spread good vibes throughout the community.


Michael Kaster

Michael is a Kokomo native and a lover of the Midwest. He grew up hiking biking and snowboarding across Indiana and has a passion for adventure in places big and small. Graduating from Indiana University with a degree in New Media Arts and Technology, he aims to help people tell their story through videography.

He loves his cat, his family and his wife, with whom he now lives with in South Korea. He is now traveling Asia with his wife, but continues to anchor his roots in his hometown, by helping Kokomo businesses tell their story as a remote content creator.


Ahmad McKinnie

Ahmad McKinnie, part of the Art Department at the Kokomo Post and born and raised in Kokomo, showcases the town's unique local and small businesses through engaging photos and videos. He studied narrative filmmaking and media advertising at Indiana University, aiming to highlight the best of Kokomo. Outside of work, Ahmad enjoys traveling, DIY projects, mixing up new drinks, and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers. His work reflects a deep commitment to celebrating and promoting the community spirit of Kokomo.


Molly Sallee

Molly is an 19-year-old college student at Indiana University Kokomo majoring in New Media Art and Technology while minoring in Communications. She loves exploring all the mediums of content creation and media production and is addicted to learning new skills as much as she can.


Marcy Kistler

Hey there, Kokomo! Meet Marcy,  your Kokomo Post Growth Specialist, brought to the Post by way of a logistics career after graduating from Purdue. For over two decades, she’s called Kokomo home, weaving through its vibrant community by working behind the scenes with local organizations and collaborating partnerships that pack a punch. She’s seen firsthand how this town thrives on collaboration and hard work.

When she’s not with her Kokomo Post fam, she enjoys watching her kids play soccer, creating cozy home decor and doing CrossFit! She’s here to amp up the fun and spread the word about all the awesome stuff our city has to offer! So let's roll up our sleeves, stir up some excitement, and make Kokomo shine brighter than ever! 


Parker Pluckebaum

Born and raised in Kokomo, Parker has cared for the city of Kokomo for his whole life. His passion for the equally creative and technical aspects of marketing was discovered at Purdue University. Striving to support the local businesses of Kokomo while building relationships within the community, Parker believes in thinking globally and acting locally. He also likes to participate in activities in the community, like being in Thursday night Bowling league!
