High-Speed Fun That Doesn’t Stop When Summer Ends

In this week’s episode of Kokomo Uncovered, partnered with Community First Bank of Indiana, we highlighted a spot that delivers high-speed fun right here in Kokomo not just during the summer months, but all year long!

You might be wondering why a bank would spotlight something like go-karts and mini golf. The answer is simple. Because Community First Bank believes in supporting local and so do we. Pretty un-bank-like, right?

If you haven’t been out to Raceway Fun Park recently, now’s the time. The popular Kokomo destination received a full facelift and reopened this past summer under new ownership and the transformation has been impressive. From a modern new look inside the facility to major upgrades across the park, the new owners have been busy making Raceway Fun Park better than ever!

They’ve refreshed the indoor space, upgraded the go-karts, improved the mini golf course and batting cages and the improvements haven’t stopped. In fact, they’re continuing to add more experiences all the time.

But here’s something you might not know… Raceway Fun Park is still open and bringing the fun all winter long!

Yep! Instead of slowing down for the colder months, the new owners decided to lean into the season. Literally lighting up the park with Christmas lights and festive decor. This winter, families can race go-karts through tunnels of twinkling lights, enjoy a deliciously festive food and drink menu and check out indoor games surrounded by cool lights, tinsel and holiday vibes.

They’re even planning special events and festive activities designed for families looking to get into the holiday spirit in a unique way. Be sure to keep an eye on Raceway Fun Park’s Facebook page for updates and event announcements.

So while Raceway Fun Park might be top of mind when summer rolls around, don’t forget about them this winter. Whether you’re young or young at heart, there’s still plenty of racing, games, food, and fun to enjoy even when the temperatures drop.
