Kokomo, get excited! The fair is rolling into town and setting up in a parking lot near you! It’s true, the Markland Mall is bringing back its annual pop-up fair, but with a last-minute twist. While the location has changed, the fun, food, and festivities are still here to stay!
The pop-up fair, originally announced to return to its usual spot in the Markland Mall parking lot, is now bringing all its magic, lights, and funnel cake goodness to a new location — the Kokomo Event & Conference Center parking lot at 1500 N. Reed Road (US 931 N).
That’s right! The last-minute venue shift might’ve thrown a few of us for a loop, but let us assure you that the fair is full steam ahead. Hosted by Markland Mall and partnered with the carnival pros at North American Midway Entertainment, this fair promises all the sights, sounds, and smells we’ve come to crave each spring from this pop-up event.

The fair will run from May 23 to June 1, bringing ten whole days of nostalgia and family fun. Whether you’re looking for weekday thrills or a weekend adventure, here’s when you can get your fair fix:
Monday – Friday: 4 p.m. – Close
Saturday & Sunday: (Noon) – Close
