“We utilize simple yet exceptional ingredients that God has provided for us, showcasing their distinct characteristics to redefine how pizzas are perceived,” Denman shared.
After trying the pizza myself, I can confirm, you really can taste the difference in every bite, from the crispy crust to the fresh, quality toppings.
The Must-Try: The Tuscan Pie
Among their curated selection of pies, one stands out as an early fan favorite: The Tuscan. This pizza is all about balance and boldness. Imagine the saltiness of delicate prosciutto, layered over a sweet yet tangy tomato sauce, kissed by smoky notes from the wood-fired oven, and finished with a drizzle of rich, extra virgin olive oil. It's a flavor combination that any pizza enthusiast will appreciate.
Mobile Oven Now, Bigger Plans Ahead
Currently, Fire Forged operates from a mobile wood-fired pizza oven, serving up hot, crispy pizzas fresh on-site. But that's just the beginning. Denman and his team have ambitious plans to grow starting with a full-sized food truck, and eventually, a permanent storefront in Kokomo.
