aiming for a spot in the state finals.
Western (27-3) enters the weekend focused on one goal: maintaining their high level of play as
they continue their quest to repeat as state champions. The Lady Panthers will take on a tough
Mississinewa team (21-4) in the second semifinal, with first pitch set for 1 p.m.
Columbia City (19-5) and Hanover Central (15-12) open the day with the first semifinal at 11 a.m.,
kicking off a slate of high-stakes, emotion-filled matchups fans won’t want to miss.
