Looking for something fun to do with the family in Kokomo? Whether you're trying to escape the colder weather, planning a family outing or just looking for a little friendly competition, Raceway Fun Park has some exciting new additions you won't want to miss!
In the latest episode of Kokomo Uncovered, partnered with Robert Miller & Son Furniture, we're taking you inside Raceway Fun Park to check out their newly revamped indoor arcade and some of the other improvements they've been making around the park.
A Brand-New Arcade Experience
Raceway Fun Park has been a longtime destination for family fun in Kokomo, but if you haven't visited recently, you might be surprised by how much has changed!
The park recently gave its indoor arcade a major makeover, filling the space with more games, activities and entertainment options than ever before.
From classic arcade favorites like Skee-Ball and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to racing games, claw machines and two-player games, there's something for just about everyone.
They've also added Disco Shuffle, a fun twist on traditional shuffleboard that's perfect for a little friendly competition.
Whether you're bringing the kids, hanging out with friends or planning a date night, the updated arcade offers plenty of ways to have fun without worrying about the weather outside.
Say Cheese! A New Photo Booth Experience
One of the most unique additions to the arcade is a new machine that combines music and photography into one fun experience.
At first glance, it might look like a music player, but with the push of a button, it transforms into an interactive photo booth!
Guests can pose with friends or family, choose from different frames and effects, and create their very own digital photo strip.
Once you're finished, your photos are delivered straight to your email, giving you a fun little keepsake from your visit.
It's a great way to capture memories during a family outing, birthday celebration or just a random afternoon of fun.
Food, Drinks and Plenty of Fun
Of course, all that gaming is bound to work up an appetite!
Raceway Fun Park also serves a variety of food, snacks and fun drinks, making it easy to grab something to eat while enjoying everything the park has to offer.
Whether you're stopping by for a quick arcade session or planning to spend a few hours exploring, there's no need to leave when hunger strikes.
The Fun Doesn't Stop When Summer Ends
One thing many people might not realize about Raceway Fun Park is that the fun doesn't end when the temperatures start dropping!
The business continues offering entertainment during the colder months, including seasonal activities and special events.
One particularly exciting attraction is Racing Under the Lights, when the racetrack is decorated with Christmas lights for a festive racing experience.
It's a unique way to enjoy a little holiday magic while doing something fun with the family!
Be sure to follow Raceway Fun Park on social media for announcements about seasonal events, operating hours and upcoming activities.
More Improvements Outside, Too!
The arcade isn't the only area receiving upgrades.
Raceway Fun Park has also made additions to its outdoor attractions, including a new pavilion that provides a great space for hosting events, along with new rides and other improvements throughout the park.
These additions give families even more reasons to visit and provide new opportunities for parties, gatherings and special celebrations.
