The Iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile Is Coming to the Kokomo Christmas Parade!

Get ready for one of America’s most recognizable vehicles to roll through downtown Kokomo this holiday season! The City of Kokomo has announced that the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will be part of the 2025 Kokomo Christmas Parade, adding an extra dash of fun and a bun-load of nostalgia to the community’s favorite holiday tradition.

According to a press release from the City of Kokomo (November 6, 2025), “One of America’s most beloved icons is rolling into Kokomo this holiday season. The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will take part in the 2025 City of Kokomo Christmas Parade, bringing its unmistakable cheer and classic charm to this year’s festive celebration.”

The City of Kokomo Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, December 6, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Kokomo.

As Nita Campbell of the City of Kokomo shared in the press release, “The annual parade attracts thousands of spectators each year and marks the official start of the holiday season in Howard County.”. Families are encouraged to arrive early to snag a great viewing spot and enjoy pre-parade festivities.

Expect twinkling lights, festive music from local marching bands, creative floats from community groups and of course, the 27-foot-long Wienermobile decked out in its holiday best.

From the jingle of sleigh bells to the sight of the famous hot dog on wheels, this year’s Christmas Parade promises to be an evening filled with joy, laughter, and community pride.
