You might be thinking, “Why is a bank hyping up a local spot?” Well, that’s because supporting local is kind of their thing—pretty un-bank-like, right? And obviously, it’s our thing too! This Kokomo Uncovered is showcasing Bandido’s Grill & Cantina!

Bold flavors, colorful plates, and a festive atmosphere — Bandidos Mexican Cantina brings the vibrant flavors to Kokomo. Offering generous portions, freshly made dishes, and an impressive lineup of margaritas and cocktails, Bandidos is the kind of place where every meal feels like a celebration. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or gathering with friends for a lively evening out, it’s a local favorite that delivers on flavor and fun.

Bandido’s is a fresh face to Kokomo’s Mexican food scene, and has quickly gained a loyal fanbase. Our favorite plate is definitely their Queso Birria Tacos, with slow-cooked and shredded beef, tucked inside two corn tortillas with cheese in between. To tie it all together, a rich and flavorful consumme sauce will take it to the next level. I wish I had some with me as I write this.
